Why would it be cool to join the TFC team?

The Frontend Company is a new format company. We chose remote work before it became mainstream and made freedom the philosophy of our team. Put on a robe, pour coffee... poof... and you're at work! No suffocating office, traffic jams, or wasting 2 hours of life on transportation.
Horizontal relationships with the team & leak of bureaucracy
Our advantage is direct communication with each team member. There is no need to go through 10 managers to contact the CEO or Head of ... (insert your own). And we don't have to write multiple requests to update equipment, deal with accounting issues, or complete any other bureaucratic tasks.
Very flexible schedule & 100% remote
It doesn't matter to us from which point on the planet you work or what time you wake up. If you need to take your cat to the vet or take care of other things during "working" hours, it's not a problem for us. We don't tie an employee to the laptop with a chain.
Interesting projects without registration & sms
The pain of a developer in the 2k20s is legacy projects. Programmers lament, wither, and want to quit them. We base our projects not only on money but also on joy. That's why we don't have any boredom here.
Narrow specialization
We work on projects related to the automotive industry, healthcare, IT, and e-learning. We don't have 1000 and 1 technologies. The main tech stack of the team is Angular and React.

Communication with clients is always done directly, not through PM. It is important for us that the client is reasonable and pleasant. Only under favorable conditions do you strive to do everything well.

We respect and trust our employees. Instead of detailing the work day by the minute and standing over you with a whip, collecting big data on mouse clicks or taking screenshots, our working time is counted in the simplest way possible.
Strong core of experts & code review
We are fortunate. Our team comprises of middle and senior developers who share their experience and assist other team members. You can easily exchange information with coders who have been working for 3-5+ years, request code review, and gain unique knowledge.
Progress calls twice a year
To save you the trouble of asking for a raise or salary review, we have implemented this practice ourselves. Every six months, we meet to evaluate progress and discuss financial matters.

Main requirements:
